HUBLOT X PREMIER LEAGUE Premier League Partnership Launch
In celebration of Swiss luxury watchmakers, Hublot Watches launching their partnership with Premier League, they organised an evening with Astia Events who turned to Social Pantry to help make the evening a noteworthy success.
With 127 guests in attendance, Hublot selected the Grand Hall at Battersea Arts Centre as their venue. The Grade II listed building, with its striking vaulted ceilings and rich history allowed us to cater both canapés to start as well as a 3-course sit down dinner.
As always, we carefully created a menu that complimented both the event and the season to ensure all of the produce was as fresh and locally-sourced as possible. Our incredible team of chefs also developed beautiful purple cocktails to tie in with the colour scheme. The Menu
To start the evening off with bang and get guests excited for what was to come, our canapés were full of fresh flavours including Scallops served with Lemon, Sea Herbs and Caviar; Vegan Artichoke and Caramelised Onion Arancini with Truffle Aioli, Crispy Sage; and a Cashew and Basil Tart. The welcome cocktail was made using Butterfly Pea Water and garnished with Blackberries and Alyssum purple flowers.
For the sit down dinner, the food needed to be as memorable as the venue so guests were welcomed with a fresh bread basket of Homemade Focaccia and Truffle Butter. For starters guests could enjoy either a Burrata or a vegan “Burella” with Golden Beetroot, Poached Pear, Radicchio and finished with a Camellia Seed Cracker. This was followed by a choice of Ribeye served with Braised Short Rib, Truffle Pressed Potatoes, Miso Roasted Shallot, Lovage and Pickled Mustard Seeds; or a Pumpkin and Red Lentil Kofta accompanied by a Smoked Tomato Sauce and Winter Greens.
For dessert, our chefs created a Mille Feuille with Vanilla, Orange Blossom, Caramelised Apple and a Hazelnut Praline.
