We run our kitchen with a zero-to-landfill approach, focussing on nose-to-tail and root-to-flower dishes – this means that any part of an ingredient that might usually be thrown away is creatively reimagined into something extra delicious, whether that’s a vinegar made from spent lemons, an ash garnish created from dried beetroot leaves, or jellies made with leftover sparkling wine.
Our Christmas party catering menus include a range of exciting seasonal canapés, several options for a three- or four-course sit-down lunch or dinner, plus add-ons including petits fours, cheese boards, roaming dessert bars and interactive food stations.
Christmas Party Dinner Menu
Whether you’re looking for canapés and bowl foods for a standing drinks reception, a three-course sit-down dinner, or something more, we have a number of festive menus to suit your needs.
Our seasonal canapés are small in size, but big in flavour, and have been thoughtfully created to stand out among the crowd, adding theatre to your drinks reception. Expect bite-sized beauties like Sea Trout Gravlax with Whipped Crème Fraîche & Pickled Kohlrabi; Fillet of Venison with Horseradish Aioli & Crispy Tarragon; and Cauliflower & Sparkenhoe Red Leicester Cheese Croquette with Damson Jelly.
For those hoping to dance the night away, we also offer a bowl foods menu, including Pumpkin & Ricotta Tortellini with Brown Butter & Ricotta Salata and Braised Short Rib with Horseradish Mash & Red Cabbage Purée.
But it’s impressive, 3- or 4-course, sit-down meals that are a real Social Pantry speciality. Our festive menu includes a choice of starters, main courses and desserts as well as amuse bouches. There’s also the option to add-on extras like cheese boards and petits fours, or even to create something completely bespoke.
Starters include Smokin’ Brothers Soy Cured Salmon with Caper Dressing, Pink Pickled Baby Onions & Watercress and Pumpkin & Carrot Filo Tart, with Winter Leaves, Tempura Carrot Top & Zero-Waste Pesto. Mains feature the likes of Black Garlic Ribeye with Mash, Baby Beetroots, Glazed Carrot, Kale, & Jus and Onion Squash & Kale Koftas with Crispy Cavolo Nero, Caramelised Walnuts & Spiced Tomato Sauce. Then, choose between desserts like Set Chocolate Custard with Chestnut Ice Cream & Golden Linseed Tuile and Plum & Custard Tart with Brown Sugar Caramel Cream, Compressed Plum, or opt for one of our ever-popular roaming dessert stations.
As always, our menus have been designed with different dietary requirements in mind, so there are plenty of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options included. However, we are also able to customise dishes to cater for other dietary and cultural requirements.

Battersea Arts Centre
Located just a short walk from Clapham Junction station, Battersea Arts Centre is a Grade II listed building that offers a unique events space with breathtaking architecture. The Grand Hall suite features a spacious, lovingly restored Victorian hall with impressive high, vaulted ceilings; the adjoining Grand Hall Bar; and the Octagon Hall – a stunning entrance to the main hall, with mosaic flooring, marble pillars and a spectacular stained-glass dome.
The centre can host parties of up to 450 standing or 300 seated and offers a range of different décor packages for Christmas 2024 that will give a tasteful touch of festive sparkle to your event.
@Sohoplace
If ‘central London location’ is on your Christmas party venue checklist then you really couldn’t get more central than this. Situated right next to Tottenham Court Road Station, between Oxford Street and the West End, @sohoplace is the newest addition to Soho’s theatre scene. In fact, constructed in 2022, it’s the first new West End theatre to have been built in fifty years.
Described as ‘an oasis of calm in the heart of the action’, the large, contemporary building spans five floors, with bars and restaurants surrounding the central auditorium.
Tower Bridge
Could there be a more iconic venue for an office Christmas party than inside one of London’s most famous landmarks? Probably not.
Events at Tower Bridge can be held in three different areas: the High Level Walkways, offering panoramic views of the city; the majestic Victorian Engine Rooms, which house the original machinery once used to lift the bridge; and the North Tower Lounge, a smaller space, with stunning neo-gothic architecture.

For a Great Gatsby themed party, look no further than Two Temple Place. This splendid Neo-gothic mansion combines the grandeur and opulence of a London mansion with the intimacy of a private home. Position Flapper Girl dancers around the stunning Upper Gallery surrounding the grand oak and mahogany staircase – the perfect photo backdrop to capture guests in their glamorous attire.
Host a luxurious canapé and speakeasy-inspired drinks reception in William Waldorf Astor’s private library with its wood panelled walls, secret champagne safe and intricate carvings which sit alongside a secret door leading into the Great Hall. Here, indulge in a decadent feast along long-tables decorated with black and gold tableware and extravagant ostrich feather centrepieces.
The Chronicles of Narnia
If you want to celebrate in a winter wonderland, why not take inspiration from the snowy landscape of The Chronicles of Narnia? Use icy white décor, snow-tipped pine trees and glowing lanterns to evoke the frozen forest setting and immerse your guests into the magic… arriving into the party through a wardrobe is optional! Serve a selection of canapés and bowl foods inspired by foods mentioned throughout the story and dot these around the venue alongside entertainment stations.
This means that guests can wander through the ‘forest’ and discover entertainment hidden in the trees, whether it’s live folk music á la Mr Tumnus, or icy cocktails served by the ice queen herself. And to round off the evening, a dessert station is the only way to go. Find platters piled high with the story’s iconic Turkish Delight in a rainbow of flavours, all dusted with icing sugar to mimic the snow-capped scenery. For this theme, you’ll need a large, blank canvas venue ready to be transformed, like Lindley Hall, Battersea Arts Centre or Woolwich Works.
New York Jazz Bar
Step into a night of smooth tunes and sultry ambiance with a New York jazz bar-themed dinner party. For this, choose a venue that creates the feeling of being cocooned in an old-school smoking room – while The Wallace Collection does have a smoking room, guests are not able to dine in there, but a dinner in the Great Gallery is sure to impress.
For the full New York Jazz bar effect, make sure to opt for moody lighting, rich velvet drapes and booth seating in deep reds and flickering candle light. Guests can sip on classic cocktails like Old Fashioneds, Negronis, and sparkling French 75s, all crafted by a talented team of mixologists, before sitting down to a five-course menu of refined New York-inspired flavours.
