At Social Pantry, we specialise in delivering exceptional multi-day catering experiences that combine creativity, consistency, and flawless execution. With years of experience catering for some of the UK’s most high-profile events, we understand the unique demands of multi-day hospitality – ensuring guests are continuously impressed, nourished and well cared for from start to finish.

From full-scale pop-up luxury dining at festivals, to intimate VIP hospitality and large-scale sporting occasions, our expert team knows how to adapt, evolve menus and deliver service that feels fresh day after day.

For the past two years, we’ve proudly catered the two-day Alfred Dunhill Padel Classic at the prestigious Hurlingham Club. Working alongside chef Ben Tish and the Cubitt House team, we served breakfast, lunch, drinks, and dinner to up to 240 guests each day. The Spanish-inspired menu featured hand-carved Jamón from Brindisa, traditional Seafood Paella, tapas-style small plates, and flame-grilled meats – delivered seamlessly to create an authentic, elevated dining experience for the prestigious guest list.

Every year, we proudly cater the VIP hospitality tent at the finish line of the London Marathon for Tata Consultancy Services. Over two days, including the Saturday mini-marathon and Sunday’s main race, we serve over 2,000 guests a menu of seasonally inspired, nutritious canapés and bowl food – designed to deliver flavour, nourishment and flair while remaining waste-conscious. The prime location allows guests to cheer on runners from the final stretch while enjoying a menu crafted with energy, taste and celebration in mind.

We also support the Festival Republic team with the feasting and dining offering at Wilderness Festival every year. Our fifth year in a row, we’re adept at feeding over 5000 guests across the four-day festival, supporting a roster of prominent chefs to bring their menus to life in the middle of the Oxfordshire countryside. Our on-site team of 150 covers all aspects of front and back of house, from chefs, to waiters, to porters, to logistics, operations and even marketing.

  • Our expert staff deliver consistent, high-quality hospitality to a diverse client base, including VIP and corporate guests.

  • Flexibility is at the heart of our service – we adapt quickly to evolving event needs, from guest list changes to last-minute catering requests.
  • A dedicated Event Planner works closely with clients, offering the ability to respond to updates within 24 hours, including changes in numbers and additional requirements.
  • Mornings begin with a thoughtful breakfast spread featuring freshly baked pastries, seasonal fruit, and Social Pantry’s signature granola with yoghurt.
  • Throughout the afternoon, a selection of gourmet canapés and bowl food circulates in the hospitality tent, keeping guests nourished and engaged.
  • In previous years, a live pasta station has been timed to coincide with the arrival of marathon runners – a warm, welcoming touch for participants looking to carb-load.
  • An all-day offering of soft drinks includes freshly made smoothies and cold-pressed juices.
  • A dedicated barista station serves premium hot drinks from morning through to evening.
  • Guests enjoy a curated dessert station in the afternoon – the perfect sweet finish to a day of exceptional hospitality.

Our bespoke approach meant that the menu was designed with the route of the London Marathon in mind. We created the 26.2 Mile Menu, using suppliers along the route, championing London producers and ingredients, the menu reflects the best of London.

The world’s finest celebrity pro-am padel tournament held at the prestigious Hurlingham Club. A quintessentially British experience staged at one of the most exclusive private members clubs that celebrates the fastest growing sport on the planet. The Alfred Dunhill Padel Classic featured celebrities, padel pro-amateurs and a group of select teams competing over two days in the grounds of the stunning Hurlingham Club, raising funds and awareness for Laureus Sport for Good, to help disadvantaged children around the world.

How we made it happen


  • Over two days, we delivered a full-service hospitality experience, serving breakfast, lunch, and evening fare to guests, players, and VIPs.
  • In collaboration with acclaimed chef Ben Tish of Cubitt House, we created a bespoke Spanish-inspired menu that brought a vibrant Mediterranean flair to the event.
  • Three dynamic food stations were positioned around the venue, complemented by roaming canapés for continuous, effortless service.
  • Live open-fire cooking on Ox Grills provided theatre and flavour, creating an immersive dining experience for guests.
  • A live paella station in the early evening offered seafood and vegetarian options, with chefs cooking in full view for an interactive, crowd-pleasing experience.
  • Our team operated from a fully equipped pop-up kitchen, managing all logistics and equipment supply on-site.
  • Each day, a dedicated hospitality team of 38 – including 23 front-of-house and 15 back-of-house professionals – ensured flawless execution across every service moment.
  • Partnering with leading beverage sponsors, we operated two premium bars offering a curated selection of wines, craft cocktails, and soft drinks throughout the tournament.

We’re proud to support the Wilderness Festival team with their Feasting and Dining programme across the four-day event. For the past five years, we’ve collaborated to elevate the festival’s fine dining experience, curating a diverse lineup of renowned chefs to lead multiple dining tents – from Michelin-starred veterans to viral social media sensations.

How we made it happen


  • We curate a stellar lineup of over 13 acclaimed chefs – from Michelin-starred icons to rising stars – bringing their signature fine dining menus to the heart of Oxfordshire.
  • Across four days, our team serve more than 5,000 guests in three unique dining tents, each designed to deliver a distinct and memorable culinary experience.
  • Chef’s Table offers an intimate haute cuisine journey for just 28 guests per sitting. Surrounded by an open kitchen, diners were treated to a seven-course tasting menu, served personally by the guest chef – four times daily.
  • Long Table Banquets transforms a grand stretch tent into an upscale communal dining space, seating up to 400 guests for both lunch and dinner. Our team brings each guest chef’s four-course sharing menu to life, served family-style for a warm, convivial atmosphere.
  • Wilderness Kitchen evolved from a fully vegetarian/vegan offering, to last year partnering with a beloved brunch institution, immersive supper club hosts, and a celebrated Sunday roast restaurant group, offering a rotating menu of relaxed, high-quality feasts throughout the festival.
  • Beyond the core tents, we provided operational and logistical support across the festival site, assisting with produce sourcing, equipment, and kitchen coordination.
  • With a team of 150 front- and back-of-house professionals, we delivered seamless service across every touchpoint of the event.
  • A rich variety of menus and cookery styles were brought to life over the weekend, with each dish faithfully reflecting the individual vision and technique of our guest chefs.

Every day in each of the Feasting and Dining tents, our teams create an experience that is unique and inimitable across the UK festival landscape. We work closely with each guest chef to ensure the essence of their restaurants is brought to life on a mass scale, with the careful guidance of the Social Pantry team.

For each event we hand-select each dish that will feature on the menu, reflecting the best of the season and the needs of the event.

However, for multi-day events, we encourage clients to explore a bespoke menu design.
