Tablescape Styling

We have a team of experienced Event Stylists who will work with you to design your dream tablescape. From personalised details to bespoke wedding food menus, we’ll make sure every element of your day is memorable.

Hire

All hire equipment including glassware, crockery and cutlery are organised in-house by Social Pantry as part of our comprehensive wedding event management. We work closely with a variety of hire companies, to ensure our events are stylish and perfectly tailored to your brief.

Drinks

We offer a range of drinks services from coffee carts to cocktails and everything in between to compliment your wedding party food. Wine tastings can be arranged in the lead-up to your event to make sure what you choose is perfectly paired with your menu.

Menus

If you’re looking for a hand with menu design, we work with a variety of designers who know a thing or two about event signage.

Production

Bring your event to life with an end-to-end production team. From security, lighting, and PA systems to live chef stations and entertainers let us help you add the wow factor to your party.

How does the booking process work?

We’ve organised weddings with 6 weeks notice as well as events that have taken two years of planning. Initially, your enquiry will be filtered by the team and you will receive a response within 24 hours, from that point your Social Pantry contact will gather more information from you to get to the point of issuing your first quote.

We’ll then work closely with you to fine-tune the details in line with your ideas and budget. The next step is usually a tasting, at which point your menu will be confirmed. Then your Event Planner will get all of the logistics for your big day in order, they’ll then manage & oversee your event on the day too!

We can cater to all dietary requirements and your Event Planner will be happy to discuss this in more detail with you.

Yes, see our case studies for previous examples. There will be additional fees associated with travel and accommodation and we’ll need to factor in a set-up day and breakdown day for out-of-town weddings.

We do not charge corkage, however, there’ll be a small handling fee if you require us to transport your drinks to the event and store them for you before/after the event.
