Cristina & Antoine’s Wedding
Cristina and Antoine’s wedding was an enchanting celebration shared with 44 of their dearest friends and family members. Held inside the iconic Tower Bridge, the day was a perfect blend of romance and elegance.
The couple said their vows in the cosy and atmospheric North Tower Lounge during the early evening, followed by a photo session outside, where they posed against a breathtaking backdrop of the River Thames, Tower Bridge, and the London skyline.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, the festivities moved to the West Walkway. There, guests sipped drinks, enjoyed freshly shucked oysters and delicate canapés, indulged in wedding cake, and listened to live music—all while taking in the dazzling views of the Thames and the glittering lights of the city.
The Menu
The drinks reception began at 6:30pm, with guests invited to enjoy freshly shucked Maldon oysters accompanied by an array of classic garnishes—Lemon, Shallot Mignonette, Tabasco, and Pickled Cucumber with Horseradish.
To complement the oysters, the Social Pantry bar offered a refined drinks selection, featuring Brut Millésime Charles Heidsieck Champagne, a curated assortment of wines and beers, their signature housemade Elderflower Spritz, as well as still and sparkling water and a range of alcohol-free options.
Not long into the reception, the Social Pantry team began circulating an exquisite array of seasonal canapés, thoughtfully selected by the couple. Highlights included Globe Artichoke and Chive Arancini with Aioli, Scallop Ceviche dressed with Yuzu, Chilli, and Radish, and Mini Beef Burgers in Brioche with Baby Gem, Pickles, and English Mustard Mayo.
As the evening unfolded, guests were treated to a round of satisfying bowl foods to keep them fuelled while they enjoyed the views, live music, and romantic ambiance. These included Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Fennel-Cabbage Slaw and Black Garlic Mayo, and Poached Market Fish served with Two Fields Olive Oil Mash and a delicate Seaweed Butter.
