FIFPRO raising our game
FIFPRO wanted elevated catering for their event Raising Our Game, and of course we were up to the task. Taking the themes of innovation and collaboration to new lengths by providing thoughtful and interesting catering options for the guests at this riveting event. Wanting more than simple circulating canapés and bowl food we created two stations in the beautiful Octagonal Hall to allow guests to mingle and share thoughts over a delicious offering of Pea & Pecorino Risotto with Basil & Pea Shoots, or Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Red Cabbage & Fennel Slaw and a Black Garlic Mayo.
To offer a more tailored experience we created a barista station, allowing guests to order coffee to their personal tastes alongside freshly baked banana loaves sliced to order. For a lighter bite to break up the afternoon, Lemon & Bergamot Vegan Macarons were available for some sweet relief.
In place of the run-of-the-mill meat, fish & veg buffets, Social Pantry Event Planner, James, suggested a Moroccan Food Station featuring delicious options such as: Moroccan Spiced, Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder with Tzatziki, Roasted Harissa Cauliflower with Molasses, Slow Roasted Miso Aubergine with Pomegranate, Homemade Cumin Flatbread, Cashew, Lemon and Saffron Purée with Baby Heritage Carrots, Tabbouleh with Pickled Cucumber and Mint, Smoked Chickpea Hummus and Sumac and Oregano Marinated Feta.
