A 60th birthday weekend at Wilderness Reserve
Social Pantry delivered a spectacular three-day 60th birthday party at Wilderness Reserve in Suffolk, in collaboration with luxury event planner Senel Besim – a multi-day summer celebration with serious style.
We created bespoke menus for a party of 50 guests, including vibrant food stations and a BBQ, an elegant seated dinner, a Champagne picnic and indulgent afternoon tea.
Highlights included Hereford Beef Burgers, Slow-Cooked Shoulder of Lamb with Homemade Cumin Flatbreads and Aged Ibérico Ham with Grilled Padrón Peppers to greet guests on the Friday night, followed by a sit down three-course meal of Lightly Cured Sea Trout, Sirloin with Lardo-Glazed New Potatoes, and Gooseberry and Elderflower Tart with Crème Fraîche Ice Cream on the Saturday.
A marquee Champagne Afternoon Tea on the lawn and a Sunday ‘recovery brunch’ with St Ewe’s Rich Yolk Eggs cooked to order completed the gourmet experience.
Every dish celebrated the best of the season’s ingredients, served with discreet, polished service, with food available to guests on request, day or night.
Our team created unique dining experiences in each space on the vast 8,000-acre estate, showing how carefully crafted menus and seamless multi-day service come together to make celebrations truly memorable.
