IMG House Wimbledon: two weeks of all-day VIP catering
Each summer during Wimbledon, IMG House hosts executives, VIPs and tennis talent at an exclusive residence just moments from Centre Court. Guests drop in throughout the day for breakfast, lunch, drinks or snacks before returning to the tennis.
Social Pantry is proud to have been the chosen caterer at IMG House for three consecutive years, serving a variety of dishes to suit all dietary needs. Breakfast included House-made Granola with Fresh British Berries and Coconut or Dairy Yoghurt, Sourdough Toast with Avocado, Scottish Smoked Salmon, Streaky Bacon, or cooked-to-order St Ewe Eggs and warm Pastries.
Lunch was a selection of fresh summer salads such as Red and White Quinoa with Heritage Tomatoes, Crumbled Feta, Pickled Cucumber & Herbs with Sumac and Mustard Dressing, alongside hot dishes like chef-carved Fillet of Beef with Mustard Horseradish Crème Fraîche and Artichoke, Goat’s Cheese, Parmesan and Spinach Galette. Desserts included the prerequisite Strawberries and Cream and Lemon Meringue Tart with Croissant Brittle.
Food was freshly prepared by our chefs and continuously replenished to ensure a seamless guest experience. We collaborated with partners including Grind, serving barista-made coffee throughout the day, and Beyond Cocktails, who create bespoke cocktails and mocktails to keep guests refreshed.
