Globally-Inspired Bespoke Food Stations

We transformed the high-level Walkways of Tower Bridge into a dynamic, globally inspired setting to celebrate the achievements of a renowned international law firm.

The evening began with a welcome reception featuring drinks and canapés, followed by a vibrant dining experience where guests explored a variety of live cooking stations. These stations offered not only a chance to enjoy freshly prepared dishes but also encouraged interaction and mingling throughout the event.

In honour of the firm’s progress in Diversity, Ethics, and Inclusion, the culinary theme reflected the spirit of multiculturalism. Guests enjoyed a trio of food stations showcasing Indian, Caribbean, and West African cuisines. Each featured authentic dishes, freshly made on-site by our chefs, with vegetarian and halal options available to ensure inclusivity.


The Menu

The evening began at 6:45pm, shortly after guests arrived, with a beautifully curated selection of globally inspired, seasonal canapés. Highlights included Sea Bream Tartare with Pickled Jalapeño, Jerk Chicken Nuggets paired with Lemon Aioli, and Crispy Rice topped with Trout Tartare, Apple, and Yuzu — each designed to spark curiosity and conversation.

By 8:30pm, with appetites whetted, the main food stations opened. Each station celebrated a different world cuisine: Indian, Caribbean, and West African.

A particular favourite was the Live Pani Puri station, where we freshly assembled each bite to order, creating an engaging and memorable food moment for every guest. The Indian station also offered a vibrant mix of small plates such as Sweet Potato Tikki and Minced Lamb Samosas, alongside hearty mains like Keralan Pepper and Coconut Beef Curry served with Coconut Saffron Rice.

The Caribbean and West African stations followed suit with a colourful array of dishes. Guests sampled hot and cold plates like Salt Fish Fishcakes and Black Eyed Bean Fritters, as well as mains including Jerk Chicken with house-made hot sauce and a rich, slow-cooked Beef, Prawn and Okra Gumbo accompanied by Jollof Rice. The menu celebrated bold flavours and diverse textures, designed to surprise and delight throughout the night. Our team ensured dishes were continuously refreshed and presented with flair.
