The role:
We’re looking for a Content Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll lead on creating and managing our content to enhance brand visibility, engage our audiences, and showcase the best Social Pantry has to offer.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging, on-brand content across all channels
- Strong ability to capture and edit content: Digital video (phone and SLR, including audio), photography. Editing skills are a must
- Organisation: Scheduling, publishing and managing content
- Community: fostering an engaged online community and adhering to our brand voice
- Support paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms to enhance brand awareness and conversions with the support of the MM
- Multi-Platform and Account Management: Including (not limited to) Social Pantry’s Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other channels; and the Alex Head channel(s). With the support of the MM
- Brand & Marketing Guardianship: Ensure all content aligns with our brand guidelines.
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing seasonal campaigns, strategy, photoshoots, and brand activation
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with marketing, catering, cultural and food trends to keep Social Pantry ahead of the curve
- Events: Lead on content capture and content turn around on events
Required / preferred experience
- Proven experience in elegant content capture, creation and editing
- Proven experience in content organisation and management
- Proven experience in social media management and analysis
- Experience in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar)
- Knowledge of SEO, paid media
- Knowledge of WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A keen interest in food, sustainability, events and hospitality
- Experience in the food/catering/hospitality industry
