he Main Galleries can host up to 800 guests standing for large receptions or launches and 250 seated for dinners or presentations.
The John Madejski Fine Rooms typically accommodate around 350 guests for standing receptions (and similar seated numbers depending on layout), while the Collections/RA Collection Gallery spaces hold roughly 250–450 standing or around 120–250 seated guests.
Smaller spaces such as the Reynolds Room and General Assembly Room are suited to more intimate gatherings with capacities in the range of 40–120 seated or 50–120 standing, and rooms like the Sir Hugh Casson Room and Academicians’ Room fit about 60–100 guests depending on configuration.
