Blenheim Palace is a magnificent country house in Woodstock boasting impressive Baroque architecture, landscaped parkland and formal gardens. It makes for an inspiring venue for events such as weddings, private dinners, corporate conferences and company celebrations. It is the seat of the Duke of Marlborough and the only non-royal, non-episcopal building to hold the title of a palace.
The Great Hall provides a spectacular banqueting venue and can be used in conjunction with The Saloon, the Palace’s state dining room, for a drinks reception beforehand. The Long Library is a grand gala dinner venue, while The Orangery offers a truly elegant room with high ceilings and great-arched windows that fill the room with natural light. It is ideal for wedding ceremonies as well as drinks, dinner and dancing.
In summer, 2,000 acres of gardens, 90 of which are formal gardens, set the scene for idyllic summer garden parties. Guests can also opt to dine in specially-created marquee pods overlooking the Italian garden for more intimate events.

At Blenheim Palace, a range of hireable event spaces accommodate different group sizes, from small meetings to large receptions. The Long Library is the largest indoor space, holding up to about 500 guests for a standing reception or roughly 300 for a banquet.
The Orangery can host around 250 for receptions or 200 seated, while the Great Hall accommodates about 250 standing or 150 for dinner.
The central Saloon typically holds around 150 for receptions or 80 seated, and the Marlborough Room is suitable for up to around 150 guests for receptions or 120 theatre-style.
Smaller rooms include the Spencer-Churchill Room (around 70 theatre-style), the Oudenarde Room (about 30 guests), and the Malplaquet Room (around 15–18 boardroom-style). For outdoor or ceremonial use, the Temple of Health in the palace grounds can host 50 guests.
