The £100 voucher will be applied to your account upon registration, and can be redeemed only after your wedding, and only if a minimum of £1000 worth of presents from WPC suppliers have been bought by guests from your wedding list. The £100 credit is only valid against presents from WPC suppliers. Only one voucher can be redeemed per gift list. There is no cash alternative and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. It cannot be redeemed against custom products or any fund-based gifts (Honeymoon, Art, Wine, Charity or Furniture funds).
Can you accommodate a number of dietary requirements?
We can cater for all dietary requirements, even some of the more unusual ones. Your Event Planner has great experience with this and will be happy to discuss this in more detail with you.
Can you cater for specialist diets, such as; Halal/Kosher?
We are not an official Halal or Kosher caterer but are able to work with a partner to issue a limited numbers of special meals for a group.
Are you able to provide all the drinks we require?
We can provide all of the drinks for your event, including soft drinks, fresh juices, spirits, wines and cocktails. We are also able to source specialist drinks on request.
Can you provide a Sommelier and wine pairing?
Yes, we are happy to work alongside our Sommelier to pair wines to your chosen menu. Your Event Planner can also discuss options on meeting them at your tasting.
What is the deposit that you take?
We take a non refundable £4,000 deposit plus VAT to secure your date and the event.
How does the tasting and booking process work?
We’ve organised weddings with 6 weeks notice as well as ones that have taken two years of planning. Initially your enquiry will be filtered by the team and you will receive a response within 24 hours, from that point your Social Pantry contact will gather more information from you to get to the point of issuing your first quote. You’ll then work closely to fine tune the details in line with your ideas and budget. Once you are happy the next step is usually a tasting, at which point your menu will be confirmed. Then your Event Planner will get all of the logistics for your big day in order, they’ll then manage your wedding on the day too!
Can you provide us with a florist, event production, wedding cake?
Yes, we are able to manage every element of your event no matter how small (or large!) and will work closely with our partners to ensure we are delivering to your expectations.
Can you cater for the wedding party the day before?
Yes, our team have great experience with multi-day celebrations.
Can you cater for the following day?
Yes, our team have great experience with multi-day celebrations.
What uniform does your team wear?
Our standard uniform is a black or white shirt, black trousers and our Social Pantry grey apron. We are able to source more bespoke uniforms to fit with your wedding colour scheme.
How late can your bar/drinks team stay on site?
We are able to stay on site for as long as you might need us, this will affect your costs depending on location of your wedding and the desired finish time.
Do you charge corkage?
We do not charge corkage, however there might be a small handling fee if you require us to transport your drinks to the event and store them for you before/after the event.
Do I need to book a wedding planner or can Social Pantry do this?
All weddings are completely bespoke. Social Pantry can cover most services, but this is subject to further discussion
What is your catering tent size spec?
Our minimum catering tent spec is 6mx6m
Can you provide all your own kitchen equipment?
Yes, we are able to provide all kitchen equipment for your wedding.
Do you cater for weddings outside of London?
Yes, our team has plenty of experience with weddings outside of London. There are often additional fees associated with travel and accommodation.
Can you take rubbish and recycling away?
We will clear all of your event rubbish at the end of your event, rubbish and recycling will be sorted and disposed of correctly.
