Our corporate catering packages are designed to fuel, energise, and delight guests throughout their event, with food and drink that’s as nourishing as it is delicious. Whether you need an early morning breakfast before a big presentation, a mid-morning pick-me-up between workshops, or a relaxing evening canapé reception to create prime networking opportunities, we’re experts in crafting catering solutions to suit any corporate event.

Corporate Catering - What We Offer

We offer a range of different corporate catering packages depending on the length of your event, the size and capacity of the venue, and the facilities available there.

Whether you want a grab-and-go breakfast, a sit-down lunch, or a fully staffed evening reception, we can create a package to suit you. For large-scale corporate conferences that span an entire day or multiple days, we offer all-day catering, designed to keep guests refreshed, focused, and satisfied from start to finish.

Below is a snapshot of what we can offer (our all-day catering package can include any or all of these):

Daytime Package

All Day Tea, Coffee, Water & Other Refreshments

From barista-made coffee, to a range of freshly-pressed juices, smoothies and energy shots, our drinks menu has been designed to keep guests hydrated and alert from morning through to afternoon.

Hosting an evening event? We can also provide a bar service, offering bespoke alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, beers, wines and more.


Breakfast

We offer a range of different options for breakfast, depending on your needs, budget, and the set-up at the event venue.
Those hosting their event at a venue with little or no kitchen and dining space may need to opt for cold and ambient breakfast options, while those with ample kitchen and dining space can choose between any or all of the options.

Cold & Ambient Breakfasts

Ideal for venues with limited kitchen space, these include freshly baked sweet and savoury pastries, along with nutritious, grab-and-go breakfast pots such as Bircher Muesli with Gooseberry Compote & Almond Butter or Slow-Roasted Tomatoes with Soft Boiled Egg, Seeded Dukkah and Baby Spinach.

Hot Breakfasts

For venues with a kitchen on site, we offer hot breakfast options including a choice of plated breakfast dishes like Confit Heritage Tomatoes, Poached Eggs, Dill & Caper Salsa on Toasted Sourdough, or Potato & Feta Rosti with House-Smoked Trout, Grilled Asparagus, and Dill Yogurt. Or, opt for buffet-style stations, where guests can help themselves to a selection of hot and cold breakfast items, like crispy smoked bacon, buttery scrambled eggs, and more.


Mid-Morning Snacks

Jam-packed schedule of morning meetings and workshops? We offer mid-morning pick-me-ups, from fresh seasonal fruit platters to protein balls and homemade granola bars.


Lunch

Similar to our breakfast offering, we can provide a range of different options for lunch, which will depend on your needs, budget, and the set-up at the event venue.

Grab-and-Go Lunches

Perfect for those whose schedules don’t allow a long lunch break, or for venues with limited table dining space, we offer a range of nutritious, freshly-made lunch pots, bento boxes and sandwiches. Guests can help themselves and eat in breakout spaces, or during meetings.

Sharing Platters

For those looking for a more convivial, sit-down lunch to encourage interaction between guests, we offer a range of seasonal salads and platters that guests can help themselves to.  Our menu changes regularly to reflect the seasons, but always includes vibrant, plant- and protein-rich dishes designed to keep guests satisfied throughout the afternoon. Think Baharat Spiced Chickpea Falafels with Tahini & Lemon Dressing, and Grilled Bavette Steak with Almond Romesco Sauce and Semi-Dried Cherry Tomatoes.

Hot Plated Dishes & Sides

For venues with ample kitchen facilities, there is also the option to serve guests a hot and hearty plated lunch. Hosts can choose options from our monthly menu but we will always provide at least one meat and one plant-based option (unless otherwise specified), which can also be adapted to suit other dietary requirements.  Example dishes include Braised Lamb Shoulder with Sundried Tomato, Olive & Preserved Lemon Tagine and Keralan Coconut Chicken Curry with Roasted Chickpeas, accompanied by a variety of sides.


Mid-Afternoon Snack

Avoid the afternoon slump with a selection of treats, including our homemade flapjacks, brownies and lemon tarts.

Evening Package

The perfect way to unwind after a day of meetings, presentations or workshops, an evening reception allows guests to mingle with their fellow team mates and chat through the day’s events. Evening receptions can be fuelled in a number of different ways, from creative canapés, to more substantial bowl foods and food stations.

Canapés & Bowl Foods

Our canapés have been thoughtfully created to stand out amongst a crowd, adding excitement to your evening event. As with all our menus, we develop our canapés with sustainability in mind, sourcing high-quality, local and seasonal produce which we utilise to its full potential to create exciting, innovative bites designed to make a big impact on guests, while making little impact on the environment. Hosts can pick from a wide range of canapes, but we always make sure to cover different tastes and dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free canapés as well as meat, fish and dessert canapés.

In need of something a little heartier after a long day of conferencing? We also offer a range of ‘substantial canapes’. These are the same small-in-size-but-big-in-flavour creations as are usual canapés, only a little more filling. Think Mushroom & Lentil Scotch Eggs, Truffle Mayo and mini British Beef Burger, Brioche Bun, Mustard Mayo, Baby Gem, Pickles.

Or, go one step further and opt for something from our range of bowl foods. Like our canapes, these are designed to be eaten while mingling, so all you need is a bowl and a fork. Heartier than canapes, these are more like a meal in a bowl, and include things like Brown Butter Gnocchi, Spinach, House-Made Ricotta, Crispy Sage, Tuna Tartare, Sesame, Soy & Miso, Spring Onions, Dashi Tapioca Crackers andThe Ethical Butcher Beef Fillet, Café de Paris Sauce, Asparagus & Broad Beans.


Food Stations

If you’re looking to add a bit of extra wow-factor and an interactive aspect to your event, food stations are a great way to go. They add an element of fun and excitement to an event and create a real buzz among guests.

Looking to create a festival atmosphere at a summer event? Consider an al fresco BBQ station. Hoping to impress high-end clients? Try live oyster shucking, caviar and champagne. Hosting an event for a British brand and want to champion local produce? Opt for our Best of British Charcuterie and Cheese station. Customisation Options &
Special Requirements

When designing menus for corporate events, we always make sure to include dishes that cover different dietary requirements and tastes, including vegetarian and vegan, gluten-free and more. If you’re expecting guests with specific dietary or cultural requirements, we can always accommodate – just let us know by phone or email at least 10 days before the event is due to take place.

  • A Social Pantry front of house team to serve and manage the event
  • Waste collection and post-event tidy

What You Need

To make the most of the full all-day package, including hot dishes and food stations, the venue needs to have a behind-the-scenes preparation area, as well as a enough dining space for the number of guests, whether indoor or outdoor. 

No kitchen? No problem, we offer plenty of chilled and ambient food options for breakfasts, snacks, lunches and canapés which don’t require cooking on-site, so you can still impress guests with delicious dishes, without the need for an oven. 

If there is a kitchen at the venue – or alternatively, space for us to set one up – we’ll move our equipment and team of Social Pantry chefs into the space on the day of the event to take care of all the preparation, cooking, heating and plating. Our front of house team will also be on hand to serve food to all guests throughout the day.
