Kings College London Graduation Ceremonies 2020
Graduation day is a hugely important day for thousands of university students, and this January we were lucky enough to cater for Kings College London 2020 Graduates at London’s Southbank Centre. Ten Graduation Ceremonies ran over Five days with over 14,000 Graduates, Friends & Family. That’s a lot of mouths to feed!
With so many guests and only short intervals between ceremonies, we offered a selection of our most popular canapes. It is always important to us that the quality of our food is not compromised by quantity.
The below Canapés were some of the favourites amongst the 14,000+ guests:
- Whipped Goats Cheese Crositini with Red Onion Jam
- Spiced Smashed Carrot on a Carraway Cracker
- Mini Smoked Salmon, Dill and Lemon Pate Bilini
