Our cafes are open!
The kitchen team have developed the menu over the last two months and we have some brilliant dishes lined up! Think homemade flat breads with ash goats cheese and a fried egg to heritage tomatoes on toast with zero waste bread crumb and amchoor crumb.
We are using the best supplier, you met Grant who run Butter Culture butter in our supplier series earlier this year, our bacon is coming from our new local butcher on St Johns Hill, watch this blog space!, and our coffee from our friends at Redemption roasters.
