Jelly’s… who doesn’t love them?
Social Pantry were extremely excited when there was an opportunity to collaborate with the amazing World Of Interiors Magazine which showcases some of the most decorative and well designed interiors around the U.K. and further afar – from outstanding homes, the worlds best galleries to grade A listed buildings; they have it all.
We shot at one of the the Social Pantry venues, the beautiful Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery which was the perfect setting for a fun, funky and stylish shoot with the theme of the original Sir John Soane, the beautiful architecture and of course, JELLIES.
Some of you might think of those old sand castle shaped moulds when we say jelly? Perhaps a few of those grey, bland jellied eels from a pie ‘n’ mash shop if you come from depths of South-East London. But NO, Social Pantry have brought this wonderful food back to life using our forward thinking and creative minds; producing some incredible flavour profiles while flicking our nostalgia switch fully on.
Why not try our Blood Orange and Negroni Jelly, Blackberry and Milk Pannacotta with Edible Gold or for a savoury twist Salmon and Dill Consume, served with Salmon Pate and Bricohe.
We also had the pleasure of having the gorgeous Beatrice von Tresckow Designs – a beautifully elegant fashion brand hailing from Berlin, Cheltenham and London – assist us with our styling, providing some vibrant and glamorous garments to model in the shoot. it made all the difference.
Jellies are back on the menu… we’re bringing retro back
