This May, Asparagus is definitely our chosen vegetable; there’s so much you can do with this nutritious green. The Asparagus season in Britain doesn’t last long, so make sure that you are making the most of the freshest asparagus you’ll get all year.

One of our favourite asparagus recipes is this Asparagus, Buckwheat and Goji Berry salad. It’s perfect for a summer lunch party with friends, or if you just want something delicious, different and filling for yourself. Even better, the Goji berries make this dish stand out on your lunch table as they add that eye-catching pink colour.
