Arcadia Press Day with Social Pantry

Social Pantry have been lucky enough to work at The Vinyl Factory on a number occasions including press days – what a great venue we’ve had the pleasure to work within. A raw, blank canvas for you to make your own, the venue boasts great aesthetics. You’ll find glass panel walls and exposed brickwork in this industrial space that can accommodate up to 320 guests.

An ideal space for press days, product launches and fashion shows.

Hoxton Hall


Built in 1863 and having recently completed a substantial renovation in 2015, Hoxton Hall is the the last remaining example of a Victorian Salon-style music hall. If you’re looking for a venue with a theatrical presence, this is the space for you. A unique space to entertain, the venue boasts features such as the original stage and cast iron viewing balconies, that seats up to 250 people.

Looking for a loft studio location for your event? Look no further, Lumiere London is home to four beautiful and unique loft studios. Each boast high ceilings and plenty of natural light as well as their very own personality and appeal environments.

The White Loft is a stunning blank canvas that you can really make your own, whether it might be for a product launch, photo shoot, conference or photo shoot. We love the simplicity of this room- you really can make it into anything.

The Victorian Loft oozes everything bohemian, with vivid colours and exposed brick work, the space is vibrant and fun but practical at the same time. Clients will certainly remember a board meeting here. We love the bold statement provided by the red iron roof supports that run above your head.

The Gallery and The Tropical Library are relatively new additions and they don’t fail to impress either. The Gallery, filled with rich red fabrics and exposed brick walls has a retro feel to it. The Tropical Library is exactly what it says on the tin, filled with green palms and other plants, the brick walls are adorned with natural prints and bookcases brimming with great reads.

All the lofts have movable furniture and capacity varies between space for a minimum of 40 to 100 seated guests. With a fully equipped kitchens, you could do what Penguin Books did on their book launch and get Social Pantry in to assist with all your catering needs to suit these amazing spaces.

Etsy ‘Difference Makes Us’ Press Dinner with Social Pantry

Located just behind South Bank in the centre of Waterloo, the Violin Factory is a stunning venue for corporate events. The clue is in the name; following a two and a half year renovation project, the former violin factory was transformed into this beautiful home. You might recognise the venue, a project of this size couldn’t be missed and was documented by Channel 4’s Grand Designs show.

Turning their hand to all manner of events, the Violin Factory goes above and beyond to meet their client’s needs, putting on everything from dinners and canape receptions to promotional events and fashion shows. A memorable environment boasting 30-ft high vaulted reception and function room, we loved working here and can’t wait to be back again soon.

Sunbeam Studios

A beautiful Grade II-listed building, Sunbeam Studios is another fantastic blank canvas, ideal for stylish events housed in a grand space for up to 250 guests. The Hall has four different event spaces available and primarily specialises in high end fashion and photography shoots, however the spaces are so versatile and can easily be transformed into a space for conferences, product launches, press days and parties, as well as dinners. There’s also the great addition of the Hall’s large private gardens which provide a scenic outdoors space to get a breath of fresh air and take in the beautiful planting.
